Offer Terms and Conditions

Offer valid for referrals submitted by November 15, 2025. This offer is void where prohibited.

Referrer (Existing Customer) Bonus Conditions:

To qualify for a referral bonus, the existing customer ("Referrer") must have a Libsyn account in active and good standing through February 2, 2026.

Referral bonuses are tiered based on the number of "Qualified Referrals" and will be issued as follows:

  • 1 Qualified Referral: Referrer will receive one (1) $10.00 hosting credit. This credit will be processed in January 2026 and applied to their February 2026 hosting bill.
  • 2 or More Qualified Referrals: Referrer will receive one (1) $10.00 hosting credit (processed in January 2026, applied to February 2026 bill) AND one (1) additional $10.00 hosting credit (processed in February 2026, applied to March 2026 bill).

The maximum total credit per Referrer is $20.00.

  • Low-Cost Plan Exception: If the Referrer's monthly hosting plan cost is less than $10.00, Referrer will receive one (1) free month of hosting (February 2026) for 1 Qualified Referral, and two (2) free months of hosting (February 2026 and March 2026) for 2 or more Qualified Referrals.

Referral (New Customer) Offer Conditions:

To qualify for the "Buy 1 Month, Get 2 Free" offer, the new customer ("Referral") must purchase their first month of a new Libsyn hosting plan by November 15, 2025.

The Referral's account must remain active and in good standing through February 2, 2026. Provided these conditions are met, the Referral will receive a hosting credit equivalent to their plan's monthly cost for their January 2026 and February 2026 billing cycles.

Definition of a "Qualified Referral" & Payout Guarantee:

A "Qualified Referral" is a new customer who (a) signs up via the designated campaign landing page and (b) accurately enters the Referrer's complete and correct email address into the "Your Friend's Email" form field during the sign-up process.

Failure by the Referral to accurately enter the Referrer's email address at the time of sign-up will void the offer and any corresponding credits for both parties. Libsyn does not guarantee and is not responsible for any referral credit or payout that is not correctly tracked through this system.

All credits and free months for all qualified parties will be processed and applied as specified in the conditions above.

  • Referrer credits/free months will be applied to the February 2026 and March 2026 invoices.
  • Referral (new customer) credits will be applied to the January 2026 and February 2026 billing cycles.
